Deposit or Withdraw Fiat

Before you start

• Fiat availability depends on your jurisdiction and account eligibility.
• Complete Identity Verification (KYC) first if your account has not been approved yet.
• The current linked-bank flow is managed from Settings / Onramp.

Link a bank account

1. Open Settings / Onramp.
2. If this is your first fiat deposit, start the onboarding flow and complete the ZeroHash setup shown on the page.
3. Use Link Account to connect an eligible bank account through the provider flow.
4. Return to the onramp page and confirm the linked account appears in the account list.

Deposit USD into Cube

1. From Settings / Onramp, choose the linked bank account you want to debit.
2. Select the deposit action for that account.
3. Enter the USD amount, review the confirmation steps, and submit the transfer.
4. Track the transfer status in Transactions after submission.

Withdrawals

The current product flow documents fiat deposits into Cube. Fiat withdrawals to a bank account are not exposed in this support flow today.

Fees

Any applicable bank-transfer or provider fees are shown in the onramp flow before you confirm the deposit. For the general Cube fee schedule, review Fees.
