Identity Verification (KYC)

Where to start

Open Settings / Profile to review your verification status and start or continue the KYC flow.

What you may need

• A live selfie or liveness check.
• A valid government-issued ID.
• Proof of address when requested for your region or account profile.

Document checklist

• Use clear, uncropped images with all corners visible.
• Do not submit expired documents.
• Make sure names and address details match your account information.
• Use a separate proof-of-address document if the flow requests one.

Common delays

• Blur, glare, or shadows on the document image.
• Using screenshots, photocopies, or documents with missing edges.
• Submitting a document type that is not accepted in your jurisdiction.
