Deposit cryptocurrency

1. Open Portfolio.
2. Find the asset you want to fund and select Deposit.
3. Review the wallet address and network shown in the deposit flow.
4. Copy the address or scan the QR code, then send the asset from your external wallet or exchange.
5. Track the incoming transfer in Transactions.

Only send assets over the network shown in the Cube deposit flow. Sending the correct asset on the wrong network can delay or prevent crediting.

Withdraw cryptocurrency

1. Open Portfolio.
2. Select Withdraw for the asset you want to send.
3. Enter or select the destination address.
4. Review the network, amount, and verification steps, then submit.
5. Track the withdrawal status in Transactions.

Withdrawal checks that can affect availability

• Open orders can keep part of your balance reserved. Review Available Balances.
• Saved destinations may need verification or a 24-hour warmup. Review Address Book & Whitelisting.
• Your account may require identity verification or withdrawal MFA before the transfer can be submitted.
