Address Book & Whitelisting

Open the Address Book

1. Open Settings / Address.
2. Select Add Address to save a destination.
3. Provide the label, address, and any asset or network details requested in the form.

Address availability statuses

• Pending verification: the address still needs confirmation.
• Pending 24-hour warmup: the address is approved but not yet available for withdrawals.
• Ready now: the address is active and can be used.

Whitelisting

When whitelisting is enabled in Settings / Address, withdrawals are limited to active saved addresses. New addresses still need to clear verification and any warmup period before they can be used.

Withdrawal MFA

You can also require an extra verification step before withdrawals are submitted. Manage that in the same settings area under Withdrawal MFA, or review your verification methods in Settings / Security.
