How to Buy and Sell Cryptocurrency

Choose the right trading flow

• Swap: the fastest path for a simple asset-to-asset conversion. Open Swap.
• Bundle: buy or rebalance into a predefined basket. Open Bundle.
• Trade: use the full order-book interface with market and limit orders. Open Trade.

Swap

1. Open Swap.
2. Select the asset you want to sell and the asset you want to receive.
3. Enter the amount, review the quote, then submit the swap.

Bundle

1. Open Bundle.
2. Select the bundle you want to buy or rebalance into.
3. Review the basket composition and amount, then submit.

Trade

1. Open Trade and choose the market pair you want.
2. Select Buy or Sell.
3. Choose a market order for immediate execution or a limit order to rest on the book.
4. Submit the order and monitor it in Orders.

After the trade

Filled activity appears in Transactions, and holdings update in Portfolio. Open orders continue to reserve available balance until they fill or are canceled. See Available Balances and Closing Open Orders.
