Close Cube Account
What to do before requesting account closure and where to send the final request.

Before you request account closure
- Cancel any open orders. See Closing Open Orders.
- Withdraw or transfer any remaining assets from the account.
- Review linked access such as API keys in Settings / API and any approved agents in Settings / Agents.
Request closure
To request closure of your Cube account, email privacy@cube.exchange from the email address associated with your account.
What to include
- Your Cube account email address.
- A clear request that you want the account closed.
- Any context about remaining assets, pending withdrawals, or recent support tickets that may affect processing.
