What to do if you lose sign-in access or need help with key-share or wallet recovery.

If you lost access to sign in

Cube uses external sign-in providers. If you cannot access your Cube account because you lost access to Google, Apple, or another provider, start with that provider's account recovery process.

  1. Recover the sign-in method with your OAuth provider.
  2. After you regain access, sign back in to Cube.
  3. If you believe the account was compromised, contact support immediately.

If you need wallet or key-share recovery

After you can sign in, open Settings / Recovery to review recovery status and guardian details. If your key share is lost or you need manual help, contact Cube support so the team can guide the next verification steps.
