❖How can I start accumulating Blocks on Cube Exchange?

Follow these steps:

  1. Sign Up: Create an account on Cube Exchange.
  2. Complete KYC: Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
  3. Generate Referral Link: Create and share your unique referral link.
❖What will happen to the points accumulated before the new system (Legacy points)?

A dedicated reward pool will be assigned to reward the users that accumulated old points.

There is no conversion between points and Blocks

❖What will happen to the Referrals accumulated before the new system?

The referrals previously accumulated will remain intact when the new system goes live.

They will also be added to the user’s Referral Score.

❖Can I participate in referrals without completing KYC?

Yes, even if KYC isn’t available in your country yet, you can still generate referral links and accumulate referral points. Starting early will be beneficial.

However you will need to KYC to claim your rewards. Most countries will be added in the near future.

❖What is the Loyalty Score, and how is it calculated?

The Loyalty Score is a score that is meant to reward Cube’s most loyal users.

It is calculated based on the following metrics:

  • Daily Volume
  • Unique Days Traded (since Blocks launch)
  • Average Daily Balance
❖How are user tiers determined?

Tiers are based on your average weekly balance based on your 5 top days. The tier is calculated and assigned weekly on Monday at 00:00 UTC. The balances required for each tier are:

  • Diamond: $1M+ Average Balance
  • Platinum: $500k+ Average Balance
  • Emerald: $50k+ Average Balance
  • Gold: $10k+ Average Balance
  • Silver: $5k+ Average Balance
  • Bronze: $1000+ Average Balance
  • Iron: $100 Average Balance
❖What are Loot Boxes and how do I get them?

A Loot Box is a mystery box that rewards a user with Blocks. The Loot Boxes contain a random number of Blocks up to 1000.

[At this stage, you can only get Loot Boxes by being in a specific tier. Each week Loot Boxes are distributed to users based on their Tier.]

❖How can I get bonus Blocks through referrals?

You get bonus Blocks(points) from your referrals up to three levels deep:

Direct Referrals (First Level): You get 25% of the Blocks your direct referrals accumulate.

Second Degree Referrals: You get 10% of the Blocks accumulated by your referrals' referrals.

Third Degree Referrals: You get 5% of the Blocks accumulated by your second-degree referrals' referrals.

Due to regulatory constraints, customers from mainland China only earn bonus Blocks from your referrals up to two levels.

❖Why does my Projected Tier / Est. Deposit look wrong?

Your user tier is based on your average balance of the 5 highest days the past week. 

Because of this, even if your balance is above the threshold, you might not make it to that tier if you were below the threshold earlier in the week. This means you might need to end up substantially above the threshold to get your average high enough.
